Dan and I attended a Weekend to Remember marriage conference a couple of times now.
It is a wonderful way to spend a weekend!
I highly recommend it. If there is anyway you can go, go!
These are some of the thoughts and quotes from the conference...
We are seduced by our culture into believing that we deserve complete fulfillment and perfect happiness.
When life isn't like our fantasy, we have a tendency to question reality rather than the fantasies.
The worst argument is about how you're communicating, not what you are communicating about.
We've been duped into thinking we're temporal beings having a spiritual experience. But we are eternal beings having a temporal experience.
Weaknesses are strengths turned inside out.
