The following is a 1500 calorie diet I thought I'd share
here with whoever is interested.
I was put on this diet by the medical staff and dieticians when I developed
gestational diabetes. They encouraged me to stay on it at all times
in order to maintain optimal health. Additionally, I was to add a second
snack at bedtime, adding 300 calories to my daily intake while pregnant
or breast feeding.
